The Coaching Program is a one-on-one experience tailored to your specific leadership challenges. You’ll work directly with Dr. Paul DeChant to explore what’s going on with your team and co-create solutions that are practical and effective. It’s all about applying leadership in real time.

The Leadership Transformation Program is a 12-week online course that gives you a solid foundation in how to lead teams more effectively. You’ll get short video lessons, handouts, and live office hours to help you apply what you're learning. Many people start with the course and then move into coaching for deeper support—but you’re welcome to begin wherever you feel most comfortable.

What kinds of results can I expect?

While every leader and team is different, people who go through these programs often share that they feel more confident and less overwhelmed. They find it easier to communicate expectations, build stronger relationships with their teams, and move from reacting to proactively shaping their culture.

How much time does it take?

We know your time is valuable, so everything is designed to fit into your already full schedule. The Leadership Transformation Program takes about an hour a week, including time for watching a short video and working through a few practical tools. Coaching sessions are usually an hour every two to three weeks. You’ll also have time between sessions to reflect and try out what you’re learning in your day-to-day work.
